A lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very well decorated and clean. We found this hotel pefect for our last overnight stay in the Highlands as it was conveniently situated in a beautiful location and not too far from the airport at Inverness. The hotel owners were very helpful in recommending a beautiful riverside waterfall walk which well suited our limited time and walking ability.
We were very late booking into this hotel and had to take the only available room left, which was on the top floor. The hotel literature did warn us that the top floor had a low ceiling, but as an elderly couple, we did find the two flights of stairs the low ceiling in our room difficult to manouver.

Probably the best hotel I have been to. Room was luxury. Food was fantastic and staff were very welcoming and friendly and efficient. Position is easy for transport and very pretty. Would certainly stay again and recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a beautiful position right by the river. We were made very welcome on arrival and the staff could not have been more helpful during our stay. We had a small standard room on the second floor but it had recently been refurbished and was beautifully appointed - there were even biscuits with the tea and coffee! The evening meal was delicious and beautifully presented, but was worthy of a better setting than the pub dining room. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of freshly cooked food. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Scotland.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel and its gorgeous and very good breakfast.
Comfortable and beautiful hotel, had a really exceptional service. Compact rooms with comfortable bed and perfect staff, everything was good. The location was magnificent and great, close to Fort William as well as major tourist areas. Furthermore, in the restaurant where the food was superb. We can recommend this property, spent here relaxing 1 night.

The hotel offers a unique and clean place with an amazing view of the hills. The guest room was impressive, and the staff were superbly friendly with great service. The location is good and magnificent, really close to a river feeding into the Loch, as well as the restaurant and breakfast. the hotel is just a 15-minute drive from Loch Lundie. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was gorgeous and marvelous.

Very good food in the restaurant. Excellent breakfast.
Access to upper floor was up narrow stair case. Low sloping ceiling made the room difficult to move around in.

My twin room here had everything I needed, like an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron, and the central location by the river was great.

Newly renovated & decent size unit with lovely views, 45 degree walls, a good bathroom. Nice quiet area, central location just next door to the restaurant where the food was superb as well as the nearby castle.
Very small bathroom.

The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a fairly nice area, not far from beautiful, easy to moderate to challenging hikes as well as a castle. Overall it was big size and compact with lovely linen.
